In the early 1960s, the American Catholic Guild published this really cool graphic novel about the threat of Communism. The novel is fairly comprehensive, but predictably fails to account for the complexity of the political situation in Russia in 1917. A couple of the biases of the authors especially cracked me up; for instance, there seems to be a preponderance of Commie sleeper cells in Canada, and members of American Commie cells are of course mainly librarians, professors and union organizers. Follow this link to read it. I started it this morning, and I couldn't put it down - er, I mean I couldn't stop clicking.
What a tremendous "found object!" This is quite hilarious--however, I like the idea of moving the capital to Chicago, maybe those Communists aren't half-bad.
Best quote-
"If I and my fellow Americans had only realized how horrible Communism really is..."
I also like how all the imaginary Communists are dressed like Nazis.

Yeah, I have to confess. Being a former law librarian, I was a commie plant from Cuba.
